Bei den "Scottish Alternative Music Awards" werden jedes Jahr die besten aufstrebenden Musikacts des Landes in sieben Kategorien geehrt. In diesem Jahr geht der Preis der Kategorie Metal an das Musikprojekt SAOR, des Musikers Andy Marshall.
Marshall sagt dazu:
"Thanks to everyone who voted for us, I really appreciate it. It's been a tough year, so this award means a lot. Special thanks to our manager Joe, the live band and Season of Mist for all their hard work. Cheers and hope to you guys next year!"
Am 15. Januar 2021 wird SAOR sein drittes Album "Guardians" in einer remastered und remixed Version via Season of Mist veröffentlichen.
