Nach ihrer Gründung im Jahre 2018 haben NITE im letzten Jahr ihr Full-Length-Debüt "Darkness Silence Mirror Flame" via Bandcamp veröffentlicht. Zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt werden die Amerikaner ihr zweites Full-Length-Album via Season of Mist veröffentlichen.
