Anton Sköld zu “A Walk Of Titans (Hearts Will Break)”:
Titans is by far the darkest song on the album. I wrote the bulk of the music in one session while going through break-ups in both my personal and professional life. It was very much a subconscious thing. Love (Andersson) came up with a bunch of lyrics which fit the mood perfectly. Add Rasmus Grahn’s ultra heavy drumming and the song was a wrap.

This song is incredibly complex in terms of overdubs and other elements. There are over a hundred channels squeezed into five minutes of music. Just mixing it was a gargantuan task, but in the end we got it right. This thing is earth-shakingly heavy!
We never intended it to be a single but wherever we went people reacted very strongly to it. The label (Napalm Records) included. Sometimes the bigger hits are not the most obvious ones.

The video shoot was an intense experience. It was freezing cold (you can see our breath if you look closely!) and the fire alarm kept going off all day. But everyone on set kept positive - we just knew we were onto something great
