Pearl Cook Die britische Metalcore-Band AS EVERYTHING UNFOLDS legen mit "Slow Down" eine neue Single samt Visualizer vor. "Slow Down" ist die letzte Single-Auskopplung bevor mit "Ultraviolet" am 21. April das neue Studioalbum der Band über Long Branch Records erscheint.

Die störrische Art, unpolitisch sein zu wollen, nervt mich aber an der Metalszene – dabei ist doch alles politisch, auch Schweigen. Für Musik mit Haltung zieht es mich immer wieder zum Punk, vor allem zu melodischem US-Punk und Riot-Grrrl-Sound. Gleichzeitig habe ich einen sweet spot für 80er-Hair-Metal und für vieles, was mich in den 90ern musikalisch sozialisiert hat.
