Wie der Titel suggeriert, handelt es sich dabei gleichzeitig um den Soundtrack zum neuen Horror-Streifen "Terrifier 3" von Damian Leone, in dem der titelgebende Clown Art zum dritten Mal brutal mordend durch die Gegend.

Das Musikvideo, ein filmisches Spektakel für sich, wurde von dem langjährigen Mitarbeiter Jensen Noen gedreht und zeigt die Stars David Howard Thornton (Terrifier's berüchtigter Art the Clown), Catherine Corcoran (Terrifier), Leah Voysey (Terrifier 2), Shavo Odadjian (Seven Hours After Violet), die Sirius-XM-Mitarbeiter Jose Mangin und Vincent Rockwell, Richard Christy (Schlagzeuger von Death, Control Denied und Charred Walls of the Damned) und auch Shavo Odadjian (System Of A Down & Seven Hours After Violet), der dem Song sein legendäres Bassspiel verlieh. Die Spezialeffekte für das Video wurden von Oscar-Preisträger Christopher Nelson (American Horror Story, Halloween 2018, Suicide Squad, Kill Bill) erstellt. In typischer Ice Nine Kills Manier bietet das Video nicht nur beispiellose Blutszenen und eine unübertroffene Anzahl an Morden, sondern scheint auch die Bühne für ein neues Kapitel des filmischen Universums von Ice Nine Kills zu bereiten, mit dem zusätzlichen Filmmaterial, das in der Extended-Cut-Version zu sehen ist.
